All coaching is ongoing and billed monthly. Every plan includes BusyBodyz guided resets to support recovery, improve breathing, and maintain consistent daily energy.

1 coached session weekly · 4 sessions monthly
Best if you want a steady weekly anchor and a sustainable starting point.
Momentum Plan
2 coached sessions weekly · 8 sessions monthly
Best if you want faster progress and more frequent coaching support.
High-Commitment Plan
3 coached sessions weekly · 12 sessions monthly

In-home coaching follows the same base pricing structure, with an added hourly travel and fuel fee based on distance from the studio.
Partner training may be available when schedules, goals, and commitment level align. Final structure and pricing are discussed during your consult.
All coaching memberships include BusyBodyz guided resets.
